ALTA operates a website and a private European real estate investment club for approved members only. This policy explains how personal information submitted through the website, application form, conversations and the membership review process is collected, stored and used.

Information may include full name, phone, email, city of residence, requested circle, whether the candidate was referred by a club member, referring member name, available equity for investment, previous real estate investment experience, investment goal, timeline to review an opportunity and free-text notes.

3. Purposes of Use

Information is used to review membership applications, assess initial fit, contact candidates, manage the membership process, match candidates to membership circles, send updates and invitations to review opportunities and projects, document enquiries and improve service.

4. Application Form Consents

The application form includes two required consents: consent to use submitted details to review the application and continue the membership process, and consent to receive updates, communications and invitations to review opportunities and projects by email, WhatsApp and phone.

There is no legal obligation to submit information, but without certain information ALTA may not be able to review the application or continue the membership process.

5. Communications, WhatsApp and Updates

ALTA may contact candidates using the details provided, including email, WhatsApp, phone or SMS, according to the consents given. Users may request removal from updates at any time.

Joining a WhatsApp group, if offered, will be done by invitation or join link. When joining a group, details such as name, phone number and profile image may be visible to other participants according to WhatsApp settings.

6. Data Storage and Technology Infrastructure

Application form details may be stored in technology infrastructure used to operate the website and manage leads, including Google Sheets and Google Apps Script. These providers operate according to their own terms and policies.

7. Sharing with Providers and Professionals

Information may be shared with service providers supporting website operation, data storage, enquiry management, email delivery, measurement, security or operational support. If needed and subject to the stage of the process, information may also be shared with relevant professionals such as lawyers, tax advisors, banks or other providers for opportunity review or process continuation.

8. Cookies, Measurement and Marketing

The website may use cookies and measurement infrastructure for operation, security, measurement and improving the user experience. Google or Meta tools will only operate if configured in the future and subject to the Cookie Policy and consent settings.

Information will be retained as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, application review, documentation, legal compliance, managing candidate and member communications or protecting legitimate interests.

ALTA takes reasonable measures to protect information. However, no digital transmission or storage can be guaranteed as fully secure, and online systems may be exposed to failures, cyberattacks or unauthorized access.

Users may request access, correction of inaccurate information or deletion, subject to applicable law, legitimate business needs and technical limitations. Users may request removal from update lists at any time.
