1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the website altamembers.com ("the Site") and its content is subject to these terms. Browsing, using the Site or submitting details constitutes full acceptance of these terms and of the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms, do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the Site and Service

ALTA presents to a limited number of suitable investors general information about opportunities to invest in real estate in Portugal, including off-market projects, and accompanies a fit-check process. The Site is a tool for information and initial acquaintance only. It is not a trading platform, does not execute transactions and does not constitute an offer to the public.

3. No Advice and No Offer

The information on the Site is general and does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, appraisal or any recommendation to take action, and it does not take into account the circumstances and needs of any specific person. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, solicitation or undertaking. Every investment decision is the sole responsibility of the investor, and it is recommended to consult independent professional advisors (legal, tax and financial) before taking any action.

4. Data, Prices and Projections

Prices, equity amounts, financing rates, interest rates, payment structures, typologies, delivery dates, returns and projections presented on the Site are general, indicative and for illustration only. They vary between one project and another and between one apartment and another, are subject to availability, developer terms, financing institutions, the timing of engagement and the binding documents of each transaction, and may change without notice. Nothing herein constitutes an undertaking as to return, appreciation, financing approval or the availability of any particular opportunity.

5. Investment Risks

Investing in real estate in general, and abroad in particular, involves risks, including market, currency, liquidity, regulatory, taxation, financing and bank-lending risks, construction and delivery delays, and legislative changes. The value of the investment may decline, and part or all of the invested capital may be lost. There is no certainty of achieving the results described.

6. Fit Check

Completing the fit-check form does not bind the enquirer and does not bind ALTA, and does not guarantee exposure to an opportunity, receipt of financing or any engagement. ALTA retains full discretion in choosing the enquirers it will contact and the opportunities it will present, and does not undertake to respond to every enquiry.

7. Permitted Use

The Site may not be used in any unlawful, harmful manner or contrary to these terms; the Site's content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without authorization; and you may not disrupt the Site's operation, perform automated collection of information, or impersonate any person or entity.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Site's content, design, texts, images, trademarks and the ALTA brand are reserved to ALTA or to the relevant rights holders. They may not be used without prior written authorization. Project images are shown for illustration and are subject to the rights of the developers and photographers.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services. ALTA has no control over this content and is not responsible for it or for its privacy policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind. ALTA, its owners, employees and anyone on its behalf shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or other damage caused by use of the Site, reliance on its content, service unavailability, a fault or a third-party action, subject to law. Total liability, if any applies, shall not exceed the amount paid to ALTA by the user (if any) in connection with the Site.

11. Indemnification

The user undertakes to indemnify ALTA for any damage, expense or claim arising from a breach of these terms or from unlawful use of the Site.

12. Changes

ALTA may update these terms, the Site and its content from time to time at its discretion. The updated version will be binding from the date of its publication on the Site.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and the use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction shall be vested in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district, unless otherwise determined by mandatory law.
